East Tennessee Elite Football Incorporated is a 501c3 non-profit organization established to develop and promote skill development, sportsmanship and positive self-growth on and off the football field for at-risk and underserved youth in the greater Knoxville community and outlying areas.
East Tennessee Elite Football provides various recreational sports activities including: speed agility quickness training, specialized camps for K-12 youth and opportunities to develop fundamental and advance football techniques combined with a 7v7 format to enhance skill players ability (with 7v7 club teams).
The purpose of East Tennessee Elite Football programs are to instill the core values of discipline, teamwork, safety, respect, integrity, social skills and building life-long friendships through sports. Participants in our program must maintain a 2.7 grade point average or higher, complete at least 25 hours of community service and attend mentorship meetings.
East Tennessee Elite Football was founded by Rory Gibbs in an effort to help at-risk youth in the community. We offer guidance to help student athletes navigate hardships of their daily lives and increase academic achievement/graduation rates while reaching their full athletic potential. ETE educates student athletes not only in their sport, but in all aspects of life. Being apart of ETE's program opens up opportunities to play the sport they love at the collegiate level and/or post-collegiate in professional sports. It is our goal to support student athletes in achieving success through their entire athletic career. For high school athletes, ETE contacts college coaches, attends college camps and participates in national 7v7 tournaments. East Tennessee Elite Football is a non profit operated by a five member board. Each board member is diverse in profession, yet share the same goal of creating opportunity for generations to come.
